Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends
and public holidays) worldwide. Once processed, you’ll receive a shipping
confirmation email
with real-time tracking information.

Shipping Options & Charges:

We offer Standard and Expedited shipping options at checkout.
Shipping rates are calculated dynamically based on your delivery
location and selected shipping method.

Delivery Timelines:

    UK, and Australia (DDP):
    6–9 business days
  • Other
    International Destinations:
    12–15 business days

International Orders & Customs:

Yes, we ship worldwide. For orders delivered to the USA, UK, and Australia,
we provide Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) — all customs duties, taxes, and
import fees are included in your order total.

For all other international orders, any applicable customs duties or import
taxes
are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Address Responsibility:

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. Levante Hub is not
liable for delays or losses
caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
provided during checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Levante Hub, we take pride in delivering quality. If your
order doesn’t meet expectations, our transparent return process ensures
a seamless experience.

Return Eligibility Criteria:

  • Return
    requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
  • Items
    must be eligible for gift card issuance.
  • Clear
    photographic or video proof
    of any defect is required.
  • Proof
    of purchase
    must be provided.

    Once approved, a Levante Hub gift card will be issued.

Gift Card Policy:

  • Validity:
    30 days from the issue date
  • Non-Refundable:
    Cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Single
    Use:
    Must be redeemed in full in a single purchase (no partial
    redemptions)
  • Eligible
    Products:
    Any available on the Levante Hub store
  • Non-Transferable:
    Issued to the original customer only

Items Not Eligible for Gift Card:

  • Customized
    or personalized products
  • Perishable
    goods
  • Clearance
    or final-sale items

    (Unless they arrive damaged or defective)

How to Request a Return:

  1. Email
    support@levantehub.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include
    your order number and reason for return.
  3. Our
    team will guide you through the return process and issue a gift card if
    eligible.

Note: Return shipping costs and any applicable duty
charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges:

Need a different size or color? We offer hassle-free exchanges, subject
to item availability. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Defective or Damaged Products:

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact
    us immediately with photos of the item and packaging.
  • We’ll
    arrange a replacement or full refund depending on the
    situation.

    Customers are responsible for any applicable duty charges and shipping
    costs.
